Description

Has an astringent, protective and soothing action on the intestinal mucosa. 


Indication: 
Treatment of diarrhoea in horses, cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and calves. The preparation is suitable for use without veterinary advice and is only to be used for the treatment of minor cases of diarrhoea. This product will not treat dehydration.


Contraindication: 
Obstruction, torsion, or penetration of the intestinal tract.


DOSAGE: 
Mix into a gruel with water and drench carefully, taking care the animal is swallowing as the drench is passing into the throat. 
CATTLE and HORSES: 1 pack (450g)/day for 2 or 3 days. 
PIGS: Half a pack (225g)/day for 2 or 3 days. 
SHEEP and GOATS: One-third pack (150g)/day for 2 or 3 days. 
CALVES: One-quarter to one-third of a pack (110g–150g)/day for 2 or 3 days.

Special Precautions: If this treatment does not successfully treat the diarrhoea, veterinary advice should be sought.


Withholding Times: Nil.
