Delivery

Shipping and Returns – We aim to have 99% of our products in stock to make our deliveries as quick as possible. Most items that are in stock are dispatched the same day providing you have your order in before 12pm Monday to Friday. Most items are delivered overnight in the North Island & stretch out to 48 hours for the South Island. Bigger items may take a bit longer but we will let you know this during your order. Please allow up to 10 working days for your delivery.

Some goods we may need to get from our warehouse, so, not all products advertised on our website are immediately available for pickup. If you have an urgent request please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure that we can accommodate your request.

All orders under $64.99 will incur a flat $5.95 shipping fee

Free shipping excludes:

Excludes all Islands except for Waiheke, North & South Island of New Zealand and any other countries outside of New Zealand. Also excludes bulky and overweight items.

*Unfortunately we are unable to offer free delivery to the South Island for all aquariums between 25 Litres and 70 Litres - these will incur a shipping fee of $25.00.

Bulky or overweight items ordered:

If you purchase an oversized item (eg. bird cage, rabbit hutch, guinea pig hutch, dog kennel, large fish tank (over 70L), a fish tank cabinet or large bag of gravel) we will contact you prior to us processing your order with a courier/freight cost – you can then either accept or cancel your order.

Order not arrived:

If you have placed an order and have been notified that it has been dispatched, please get in touch with us within 3 days if it has not arrived to your address. This allows us time to get in touch with the courier company to lodge a query.
