Delivery Information
We know you're excited to receive your order, so we aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible!
Here's what you can expect:
Shipping Times:
- In-stock items: We typically ship these within 1 business day (Monday-Friday), and often the same day if possible.
- North Island: Most orders arrive overnight.
- South Island: Most orders arrive within 2 business days.
- Rural deliveries: May take a little longer due to postal schedules.
- Larger items: May also have slightly longer delivery times. If you’re not sure, please give us a call on: 07 5788623
Important Notes:
- Exclusions: "Online Only", "Pre-Order Only", and "Back Order Only" items have different shipping times. Please check the product page for details.
- Peak times: During busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery in these instances.
- Weekends and holidays: We don't ship on weekends or public holidays.

Spend over $65 and get free shipping nationwide.*
All orders under $64.99 will incur a flat $5.95 shipping fee
Free shipping excludes:
Excludes all Islands except for Waiheke, North & South Island of New Zealand and any other countries outside of New Zealand. Also excludes bulky and overweight items.
*Unfortunately we are unable to offer free delivery to the South Island for all aquariums between 25 Litres and 70 Litres - these will incur a shipping fee of $25.00.
Bulky or overweight items ordered:
If you purchase an oversized item (eg. bird cage, rabbit/guinea pig hutch, dog kennels, large fish tank (over 70L), a fish tank cabinet or large bag of gravel) we will contact you prior to us processing your order with a courier/freight cost – you can then either accept or cancel your order.
Order not arrived:
If you have placed an order and have been notified that it has been dispatched, please get in touch with us within 3 days if it has not arrived to your address. This allows us time to get in touch with the courier company to lodge a query.
Free Gifts:
Free gifts with purchases are all while stocks last. We accept no responsibility for missing free gifts. Free gifts are limited to 1 per customer per purchase.
