Description

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Shake well before use. Administer Calform™ Phosphorus as an oral drench. Push the Calform™ Phosphorus bottle into the cow’s mouth and then lift the head slightly to allow slow administration of the entire contents of the bottle. 

DOSE
For nutritional supplementation of calcium and phosphorus: administer 1 bottle orally (350mL) daily at times of increased demand or as directed by a veterinarian. 

STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place.
