If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you can return that product to us within a reasonable time frame [30 days] in a re-saleable condition since purchased and we will happily replace, repair within a reasonable time frame or credit you the original purchase price of that product provided the product and packaging is in its original condition and is re-saleable.*
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the NZ Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, KiwiPetz is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or refund. Any cost incurred by you in returning the product to KiwiPetz will be borne by you.
When an item has been ordered incorrectly by the customer or a change of mind occurs, if a credit is given this will not include a refund of the shipping cost incurred by KiwiPetz.
Upon a return of a product to KiwiPetz, we may deduct a restocking fee of either $10 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.
*Equine Rider Wear such as, but not limited to Clothing, Helmets, Boots and Gloves must be returned in original undamaged packaging with all tags and labels intact on the product within a 7 day period after delivery due to incorrect sizing. We are unable to offer returns based on change of mind. Upon return KiwiPetz is entitled to choose between providing you with the correct sized product or a credit.
