The Lobelia Cardinalis, often referred to as the 'Cardinal Flower' is a lovely addition to the aquarium. As it settles in to its aquatic enviroment, the rich pruple colour underneath the leaves will turn to light green, if grown above the water surphace the leaves will regain the purple colour. This plant can also be used in garden ponds.
