HIGH-FIBER ADULT BEARDED DRAGON FOOD
Zoo Med’s crunchy Adult Dragon Food makes feeding easy and allows a tailored diet for bearded dragons’ age-specific needs. The diet features bearded dragon favorites like clover and dandelion greens, with Miscanthus grass to provide important long-stem fiber. We included calcium-rich black soldier fly larvae and enticing mango fruit. Contains a source of live (viable) naturally occurring microorganisms. These probiotics help to maintain digestive health. This food is natural with added vitamins, minerals, and other trace nutrients. Made with no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, wheat, or soy.
NOVEL GREEN BANANA FLOUR
The first pet food to use green banana flour. Green banana flour uses whole bananas that are harvested early (while still green) to ensure they are still high in resistant starches for a naturally ultra-low in sugar content and low glycemic index.
DEFATTED BLACK SOLDIER FLY LARVA
These sustainable, high-calcium grubs are partially defatted for a healthy fat inclusion and high protein content.
WHEAT & SOY FREE
Black Soldier Fly Larvae
Green Banana Flour
Clover & Dandelion Greens
Probiotics and Long-Stem Fiber to Maintain Digestive Health
Directions for Use:
- At 6 months old, slowly transition your bearded dragon from our high-protein Juvenile Dragon Food to this high-fiber Adult Dragon Food. Feed 1 tablespoon 3 times a week, increasing the amount fed as needed. Offer dry or lightly mist with water to intensify aromas and help entice picky eaters. For variety, mix pellets with fresh greens and vegetables supplemented with ReptiVite™ and Repti Calcium®.
- Dietary changes can briefly alter your bearded dragon’s gut. We recommend a gradual diet transition rather than an overnight switch to lessen this disruption: mix the new diet with their current diet and slowly reduce its inclusion over at least a 2 week period.
- To encourage exercise and stimulate natural hunting behaviors, we recommend feeding live insects 1-2 times a week in addition to this staple diet.
- Always provide clean drinking water treated with Zoo Med’s ReptiSafe® Water Conditioner.
