How to Use:

- Days 9 to 14: ¾ serve
- Day 14 onwards: full serve

Daily serve recommendations:
- Up to 200kg bodyweight: ¾ scoop
- 200-400kg: 1.5 scoops
- 400-600kg: 2 scoops
